本文报道78例冠状动脉血管成形术中皆发现血管急性闭塞或严重内膜剥脱致血管夹层形成闭塞。其中13例在冠状动脉内狭窄处采用支架植入术均一次性成功，管腔径明显扩大，经4～28个月随访，心绞痛等症状基本消失，无急性或慢性血栓形成等并发症。
This article reports 78 cases of coronary angioplasty were found in acute vascular occlusion or severe intima dissection caused by vascular occlusion. Thirteen of them were successfully treated with stent implantation in coronary stenosis. The diameter of the lumen was significantly enlarged. After 4 to 28 months of follow-up, the symptoms such as angina disappeared and no complications such as acute or chronic thrombosis were found.
