利福平主要用于抗结核杆菌,但对革兰氏阳性细菌和革兰氏阴性细菌均有一定的抑菌作用。我院1977年以来,应用利福平治疗小儿重症金葡菌肺炎13例,获得满意效果.临床资料年龄 2岁以内7例,2～3岁4例,7岁以上2例.临床表现体温39.5℃以上者8例,39.5℃以下者5例.病程1月以内者9例,1～2月者3例,2月以上者1例.肺炎合并单侧液气胸3例,合并双侧液气胸1例.合并单侧液气胸及骨髓炎1例,合并单侧液气胸及多处软组织感染3例,合并单侧液气胸、心包炎及化脓性脑膜炎1例,重症金葡菌肺炎4例。脓液或胸水培养10例,有金葡菌生长7例,培养阴性者及来做细菌培养病例的诊断参考“金葡菌肺炎临床诊断指标”(中华儿科杂志1964年13卷6期478页)

Our hospital since 1977, the application of rifampin treatment of pediatric severe staphylococcus aureus pneumonia in 13 cases, to obtain satisfactory results.Clinical data of age 2 years old in 7 cases, 2 to 3 years old in 4 cases, 2 cases over the age of 7. Clinical manifestations of body temperature 39.5 ℃ in 8 cases, 39.5 ℃ in 5 cases.The duration of less than 1 month in 9 cases, 1 to 2 months in 3 cases, more than 1 month in patients with pneumothorax with unilateral liquid pneumothorax in 3 cases, with bilateral liquid pneumothorax 1 cases of unilateral pneumothorax and osteomyelitis in 1 case, unilateral liquid pneumothorax and multiple soft tissue infections in 3 cases, unilateral liquid pneumothorax, pericarditis and purulent meningitis in 1 case, severe S. aureus pneumonia in 4 cases .
