当前,如何把农村改革进一步引向深入,如何在深化城市改革的同时促进工业以至整个经济的发展,已成为摆在我们面前的重大课题。在封闭型的自然经济时期,城乡之间的差别很大,城乡分割的思想观念根深蒂固。城市搞工业、农村搞农业,泾渭分明。资本主义社会靠剥夺农民,迫使农民破产来发展工业和发展城市,其城乡对立和矛盾只能是愈来愈激化。只有我们社会主义国家——特别是在逐步摆脱贫穷落后的自然经济、发展社会主义商品经济的过程中,才能较为自觉
