目的:总结俯卧位通气技术在急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者中的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我科2010年2月-2013年2月收治的采用俯卧位通气技术护理的ARDS患者18例的临床护理资料。结果:本组18例患者中,康复出院15例,自动出院2例,死亡1例。结论:俯卧位通气技术治疗ARDS的临床疗效好,建议临床推广应用。
Objective: To summarize the clinical effect of prone position ventilation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Methods: The clinical data of 18 cases of ARDS patients treated with prone position ventilation were retrospectively analyzed from February 2010 to February 2013 in our department. Results: Of the 18 patients in this group, 15 were discharged from hospital, 2 were discharged automatically and 1 died. Conclusion: The clinical effect of prone position ventilation in the treatment of ARDS is good, and it is recommended for clinical application.
