研究了SXllo型汽车半轴摩擦焊接头的焊后热处埋工艺对其强韧性能的控制作用,并对热处理规范参数进行了优化.台架试验结果表明:用锻造一摩擦焊接复合工艺生产的SXllo型汽车半轴摩擦焊接头的强韧化水平达到和超过了整体锻造半轴的强动化水平.
The control effect of post-weld heat embedding process on the toughness of SXllo semi-axial friction welded joint was studied, and the parameters of heat treatment were optimized. The bench test results show that the toughness of the SXllo semi-axial friction welded joint produced by the forging-friction welding compounding technology meets and exceeds the level of strong forging of the semi-shaft forging.
