12年前,张艺谋导演的电影《一个都不能少》的剧组来到河北省石家庄市的一个小乡村挑选演员,最初看中的是魏敏芝的双胞胎妹妹魏敏聪,而不是后来影片中饰演“小魏老师”的魏敏芝。剧组当时让魏敏聪唱歌,小姑娘却红着脸,扯着衣角害羞地往后躲,站在后面的姐姐魏敏芝看见妹妹这样,非常着急,大声地喊:“怕什么?你唱,你唱呀!”副导演发现魏敏芝说话很带劲,就问她:“你敢唱不?”魏敏芝把脸一扬镇定地说:“有什么不敢?”
