目的:调查山东省城镇地区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性,研究抗性产生的规律。方法:用WHO生物测定法,测定敏感品系和现场淡色库蚊?V龄幼虫对杀虫剂的敏感性/抗性。结果:我省主要蚊虫抗药程度高,分布范围广。主要蚊虫对常用的杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性,对DDVP的抗性在6.10~21.18倍之间,对溴氰菊酯抗性在8~42倍之间,对残杀威的抗性在3.46~6.64倍之间。部分地区的抗性水平有逐年增高的趋势。结论:加强抗性的监测和治理工作具有非常紧迫的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to common insecticides in urban areas of Shandong Province and to study the rules of resistance. Methods: The WHO biometrics was used to determine the insecticide sensitivity / resistance of susceptible strains and Culex. Results: The major mosquitoes in our province were highly resistant and distributed in a wide range. The major mosquitoes produced different degrees of resistance to the commonly used insecticides, the resistance to DDVP was between 6.10 and 21.18 times, the resistance to deltamethrin was between 8 and 42 times, Sex in 3.46 ~ 6.64 times. The level of resistance in some areas has been increasing year by year. Conclusion: It is of great urgency to strengthen the monitoring and management of resistance.
