摘要目的评估3期多发性骨髓瘤(MM)病人系统治疗前后在骨髓及局部病灶检出中体素内非相干运动(IVIM)扩散加权成像(DWI)参数与全身(WB)动态对比增强(DCE)MR成像参数间的相关性。方法研究经本机构伦理委员会批准,27例MM病人被纳入研究。免除书面知情同意。所有病人治疗前均行WB DCE MRI检查,18例病人治疗3个月后重复MRI检查。横断面IVIM DWI序列在骨髓和局部病灶中选用10个b值(0、10、20、30、50、80、100、200、400、800 s/mm~2)。在
Abstract Objective To evaluate the correlation between diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) parameters of voxel and non-coherent motion (IVIM) in bone marrow and local lesions before and after treatment of patients with multiple myeloma (MM) ) Correlation between MR imaging parameters.
