研究了杨梅形聚丙烯腈合铂(APA—Pt(0))和杨梅形聚肟偕亚氨二乙酸合铂(API—Pt(0))催化苯乙烯加氢反应,发现APA—Pt(0)的催化活性随—CN/Pt摩尔比增大而有所提高,但在氢化过程中逐渐下降;API—Pt(Ⅳ)用氢气或KBH_4还原,所得API—Pt(0)的活性均低于APA—Pt(0);API—Pt(0)用盐酸处理后,活性显著提高,在氢化过程中催化活性基本不变。根据实验结果,认为高分子载铂催化剂的催化活性与胶态铂(0)微粒的形成历程、粒径尺寸及其在树脂表面的聚集态有关。
The hydrogenation of styrene in the presence of sodium myristate polyacrylonitrile (APA-Pt (0)) and the sycamores of poly (oxime-glycidimido) diacetate was studied. It was found that APA-Pt ) Increased with the increase of -CN / Pt molar ratio, but decreased gradually during the hydrogenation. The activity of API-Pt (0) was lower than that of API-Pt (Ⅳ) reduced with hydrogen or KBH 4 APA-Pt (0); API-Pt (0) treatment with hydrochloric acid, the activity was significantly increased, the catalytic activity in the hydrogenation process substantially unchanged. According to the experimental results, it is considered that the catalytic activity of the supported platinum-supported catalyst is related to the formation process of the colloidal platinum (0) particles, the size of the particles and the aggregation state on the surface of the resin.
