目的:分析宫颈扩张双球囊对于妊娠晚期引产的临床应用效果。方法:从2013年4月到2016年6月收治于我院的孕产妇中,选取60例足月妊娠(38周以上)、具备引产指征,且宫颈Bishop评分不足5分的初产妇作为研究对象,根据引产方案分成采用宫颈扩张双球囊的观察组(30例)与采用控释地诺前列酮的对照组(30例),对两组孕产妇的引产效果、宫颈促成熟情况进行观察并比较。结果:采用宫颈扩张双球囊的观察组,总有效率100.00%,采用药物的对照组,总有效率80.00%。两组存在显著差异。结论 :宫颈扩张双球囊对于宫颈不成熟的晚期妊娠引产产妇具有显著效果,能够有效促进宫颈成熟,提升阴道分娩率。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of dual dilation of cervical dilatation for induction of labor during the third trimester of pregnancy.
