研究古尼拟青霉对心血管的作用 ,实验结果表明 :本品 ( 4g/kg、2g/kgH)能明显延长常压缺氧小鼠的存活时间 ;对抗异丙肾上腺素增加心肌耗氧量作用 ;能使正常大鼠心率减慢及血压下降 ;并能对抗麦角新碱及去甲肾上腺素引起离体兔胸主动脉收缩。结果提示古尼拟青霉有降低心肌耗氧量作用
The results showed that the product (4g / kg, 2g / kgH) could obviously prolong the survival time of hypoxic mice; the isoproterenol could increase myocardial oxygen consumption Role; can make the normal rat heart rate slows and blood pressure; and can be against ergomerinol and norepinephrine induced contraction of isolated rabbit thoracic aorta.
