目的 :比较两种自研丙嗪肠溶胶囊与国产肠溶片剂的释放度 ,以探讨自研样品处方和工艺的可行性。方法 :采用释放度测定法 (中国药典 1995年版二部附录XD)第二法进行测定。结果 :肠溶胶囊Ⅱ (采用丙烯酸树脂包衣 )与肠溶片剂在 12 0min内释放度基本一致 ,具有类似的释放曲线 ;肠溶胶囊Ⅰ有差异。结论 :自研样品Ⅱ的处方和工艺是可行的
OBJECTIVE: To compare the release of two self-study nepalese enteric-coated capsules with domestic enteric-coated tablets to explore the feasibility of self-made samples prescription and technology. Methods: The determination of release (Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1995 edition two Appendix XD) second method for determination. Results: The release of enteric-coated capsules Ⅱ (using acrylic resin coating) and enteric-coated tablets was basically consistent within 12 min, with a similar release profile; enteric-coated capsules Ⅰ were different. Conclusion: The self-developed sample Ⅱ prescription and process is feasible
