校本教研作为一种理论指导下的教育教学实践研究,正伴随着课程改革走进广大中小学,如何构建校本教研机制,创造性地实践新课程,培养和造就一支教育理念新、教育教学水平高、有一定教科研能力的教师队伍,全面提高教育质量,是近年来备受教育界同行关注的热门话题。吴忠市区作为国家级“以校为本教研制度建设基地”实验区之一,在这方面做了许多有益的尝试,刊登下面这组文章旨在从不同的角度反映吴忠市、泾源县在校本教研中的收获和体会,以达到交流共享的目的。
