京城大厦位于北京东郊亮马河畔,占地2.5公顷。总建筑面积134987m~2。它是由一栋超高层建筑和四栋低层建筑及其它附属建筑组成的建筑群体。该大厦的主楼为超高层建筑(见封面照片),是钢框架剪力墙结构,平面外廓为四面对称的锯齿形。外墙采用钛面砖装饰,屋面采用彩色不锈钢波形板。该楼地上52层,地下4层。建筑面积110270m~2。地面以上高183.35m。首、二层和地下一层是公用活动区。3～10层和12～25层为出租办公室,并配有会议室、管理室。11层为通讯设备层。26、27和29层
The Jingcheng Tower is located on the bank of the Liangma River in the eastern suburbs of Beijing and covers an area of 2.5 hectares. The total construction area is 134,987m~2. It is a group of buildings consisting of a super high-rise building and four low-rise buildings and other ancillary buildings. The main building of the building is a super high-rise building (see the cover photo). It is a steel frame shear wall structure. The plane outline is a four-sided jagged tooth. The exterior wall is decorated with titanium face tiles and the roof is made of stainless steel corrugated plates. The building has 52 floors and 4 underground floors. The building area is 110270m~2. Above the ground is 183.35m high. The first, second floor and basement floor are common areas of activity. The 3rd to 10th floors and the 12th to 25th floors are rented offices and are equipped with meeting rooms and management rooms. Layer 11 is the communication device layer. 26, 27 and 29 floors
