“The editor-in-chief needs to bring along the team, especially to care for and train young editors in political theory and improve their qualifications.” This is the common view of the chief editors of the 40 newspapers attending the Fifth Annual Conference of China’s Mid-City Party Newspaper Symposium. The annual meeting was held in Huangshi, Hubei from October 16 to 19. The host, Huangshi Daily, enthusiastically welcomed more than 70 conference delegates from all over the world. Participants combined with the actual study of the middle-class party newspaper
