证券信用交易是一种相对于证券现货的保证金交易,证券信用交易对证券市场的发展存在重要的意义,它存在高收益的同时也存在巨大的风险。所以如何利用好这把“双刃剑”是我国引入证券信用交易制度的关键所在。在如何进行规制方面,得出中国要发展自己本土化的模式。在找到自己合适的发展模式后完善各项措施,以期减少和合理控制证券信用交易所带来的风险。
Securities credit transaction is a kind of margin transaction relative to stock spot. Securities credit transaction has important significance for the development of securities market. It has high income and huge risk. Therefore, how to make good use of this “double-edged sword” is the key point for our country to introduce the securities credit transaction system. In terms of how to regulate, it is concluded that China should develop its own localization mode. After finding a suitable mode of development, we will perfect the measures to reduce and reasonably control the risks brought about by the securities credit transactions.
