在1945年召开的中国共产党第七次全国代表大会上,中共中央已经预见到为了打败日本侵略者、应付国民党发动的内战,全党已经作好实现由游击战向运动战的准备。抗日战争胜利以后,在蒋介石集团妄图发动全面内战,而我党我军在全国人民中的威望空前提高的形势下,中共中央很快向全军提出了由游击战向运动战转变的思想,并在过渡阶段顺利完成了由游击战向运动战的战略转变。
At the Seventh National People’s Congress held in 1945, the CPC Central Committee had already foreseen that in order to defeat the Japanese aggressors and deal with the civil war launched by the Kuomintang, the entire party was ready to make preparations for a campaign from guerrilla warfare.
