本文叙述一种采用主机控制的小型计算机进行快速测试热阴极二极管的方法。在不到一秒钟的时间内测出电流——电压特性曲线,并计算出阴极的另场发射。测试结果可以数字打印出来或画出曲线,并且在试验期间可连续地监视另场发射。
This article describes a method for quickly testing a hot cathode diode using a host computer controlled small computer. The current-voltage characteristic was measured in less than a second, and the other field emissions of the cathode were calculated. Test results can be digitally printed or plotted and the on-field emissions continuously monitored during the test.
