目的:建立肠内营养乳剂(TPF-D)中钙、钾、镁、钠4种元素含量测定的新方法。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES),供试品经盐酸溶解处理后测定,钙、钾、镁、钠的发射谱线分别为422.7、766.5、285.2、589.6 nm。结果:钙浓度在0.4~1.6μg·mL-1、钾浓度在1~4μg·mL-1、镁浓度在0.15~0.6μg·mL-1、钠浓度在0.6~2.4μg·mL-1的范围内,与发射强度均呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率分别为100.8%、98.6%、101.5%、98.4%,最低定量浓度分别为0.003、0.002、0.001、0.002μg·mL-1。经与原标准中的火焰原子吸收法比较,准确度和精密度均能满足实验的要求,4种元素的含量测定结果基本一致。结论:该ICP-AES方法经方法学验证可用于同类营养制剂中钙、钾、镁、钠含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a new method for the determination of four elements of calcium, potassium, magnesium and sodium in enteral nutrition emulsion (TPF-D). Methods: Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was used to determine the emission spectra of calcium, potassium, magnesium and sodium after the sample was dissolved in hydrochloric acid. The emission spectra were 422.7, 766.5, 285.2 and 589.6 nm, respectively. Results: The concentration of calcium was 0.4-1.6μg · mL-1, the concentration of potassium was 1-4μg · mL-1, the concentration of magnesium was 0.15-0.6μg · mL-1, the concentration of sodium was in the range of 0.6-2.4μg · mL-1 , And the emission intensity showed a good linear relationship. The recoveries were 100.8%, 98.6%, 101.5% and 98.4%, respectively. The lowest concentrations were 0.003,0.002,0.001 and 0.002μg · mL-1, respectively. Compared with the flame atomic absorption method in the original standard, the accuracy and precision can meet the requirements of the experiment, and the determination results of the four elements are basically the same. Conclusion: This ICP-AES method can be used to determine the contents of calcium, potassium, magnesium and sodium in similar nutritional products by methodological verification.
