尖鳞环锈伞(Pholiota squarrsoicles(peck)Sacc)俗称刺蘑,隶属于锈伞科鳞伞属,是一种中温型食用菌。夏秋季大量在林中树桩及倒木上发生,具有产量较高且味道鲜美等特点,多年来为人们所采食。本文主要用几种较经济的液体培养基对尖鳞环锈伞菌丝的生长情况进行比较,测定其菌丝生长的温度范围和最适生长温度,并在最适生长温度下比较各培养的生长情况,选出分散度好,产率高的培养基,对于今后的液体培养和发酵有着实际意义。
Pholiota squarrsoicles (peck) Sacc commonly known as thorn mushrooms, belonging to the umbrella of umbrella, is a moderate temperature edible fungus.
