由卫生部和农牧渔业部联合颁发的《乡镇企业劳动卫生管理办法》将从今年十月一日起试行.这是我国乡镇企业劳动卫生管理工作的第一个法规,各级卫生部门,乡镇企业主管部门以及乡镇企业领导者和广大职工,要在当地人民政府的领导下,认真学习并贯彻执行《管理办法》中的各项规定.
The “Measures for the Administration of Labor Hygiene in Township Enterprises” jointly promulgated by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal and Animal Husbandry and Fisheries will be piloted on October 1 this year. This is the first regulation of labor and health management of township and village enterprises in China. The health departments at all levels, Under the leadership of the local people’s government, the competent departments of enterprises as well as the leaders and broad masses of workers and staff of township and town enterprises must conscientiously study and carry out all the provisions of the “Administrative Measures”.
