早晨上班时,人们看到机关办公楼前的黑板上有一条通知:“今天午后两点,机关副科级以上的干部、党员到四楼会议室听传达文件。机关党委1984.8.5”。与这条通知有关的人看了通知后,按照各自的理解安排了上午的工作,准备参加午后的会议。下午两点,机关副科级以上的干部和党员,都准时来到会议室。主持会议的机关党委书记清点人数后,赶紧说明:“今天要传达的文件只传达到副科级以上干部党员,请不是党员的副科级以上干部退场”。会场上发出一片议论声,那些不是党员的副科级以上干部只好尴尬的走了出
