提碱类肝素从猪十二指肠提取的一种类肝素(heparinoid简称C),应用阴离子交换柱层析可进一步分离得到组分C_1(未吸附组分)和组分C_2(吸附组分)。实验发现C_2具有降血脂、抗凝血及减少纤维蛋白原含量等作用。C_1仅有较弱的降血脂作用。本文观察了C_2和C_1对大鼠颈动脉血栓形成的影响。
Alkaloid heparin extracted from the duodenum of a class of heparin (heparinoid referred to as C), the anion exchange column chromatography can be further separated components C_1 (non-adsorbed components) and component C_2 (adsorbed components). C_2 has been found to have anti-hyperlipidemia, anti-coagulation and reduce the role of fibrinogen. C_1 has only a weak hypolipidemic effect. This article observed C_2 and C_1 on the carotid artery thrombosis in rats.
