中小学体育教学,是学校体育工作的中心环节和基本组织形式。体育课教学质量,将直接影响学校体育工作的开展和教育方针的落实。因此,没有一个比较科学、合理、可行的具体评价标准,就难以对体育教学做出恰当而客观的评价。为了探索既能客观评价体育课教学质量,又能全面考核教师实际教学水平的科学方法,贯彻执行中小学《体育教学大纲》和省编中小学体育课本,不断推动体育教学改革深入发展,我们经过反复调查、论证,制定出《综合评估体育教学方案》,并经吉林省教委批转在全省各地中小学进行了初步尝试,收到了较好的效果.现简介如下: 一、评估内容及标准深入到市、县和学校,按表1(教师标准);表2(学校、县、市标准)进行综合评估。二、评估方法从教学的全过程着眼进行评价。既看一堂课“教”
