我们都是教师,都在追求“为人师表”。究竟什么是“为人师表”呢?《资治通鉴》里有一句话是这样说的:教之以学,导之以行,足为师矣;学而不厌,诲而不倦,可谓表焉。陶行知也说过:“惟其学而不厌,才能诲人不倦;如果天天卖旧货,索然无味,要想教师生活不感觉到疲倦是很困难了。所以我们做教师的人,必须天天学习,天天进行再教育,才能有教学之乐而无教学之苦。”
