经济法基本原则应概括为国家适度干预原则和维护社会总体利益、兼顾各方经济利益两大原则。国家适度干预原则是手段性原则,维护社会总体利益、兼顾各方经济利益原则是目的性原则,经济法就是以国家干预的手段,达到维护社会总体利益、兼顾各方经济利益的目的的法律部门。
The basic principles of economic law should be summarized as the principle of proper state intervention and the overall interests of the community, taking into account the two major principles of economic interests. The principle of appropriate state intervention is the principle of resorting to the principle of principle, safeguarding the overall interests of the community and giving consideration to the principle of economic interests of all parties. The economic law is the legal department which, by the means of state intervention, achieves the purpose of safeguarding the overall interests of society and taking into account the economic interests of all parties .
