在对空气中臭氧(O_3)浓度监测时,采样点至分析仪器之间需用管道联接,即使用化学采样分析法,在二个吸收管之间也要采用联接管。由于O_3是一种强氧化剂,有强烈亲和性,能使橡胶龟裂和老化;并能通过氧化反应,使聚合物的双键断裂,引起聚合物变质。这些反应都同时消耗O_3,所以使用不同材料的管道,直接影响到O_3的分析结果。虽然有的分析方法已注明要采用聚四氟乙烯管,但许多分析工作者未能引起充分重视,常轻率采用其它材料的采样管替代。不同材料的管道对O_3测定结果的影响程度目前尚未见报道。笔者选用了环境监测工作中常用的采样管,较为系统的研究了不同材料对O_3的吸收作用,现将结果报道如下;
In the air of ozone (O_3) concentration monitoring, the sampling points to the analysis equipment need to use pipe connections, even the use of chemical sampling analysis, the absorption pipe between the two also use the connection pipe. As O_3 is a strong oxidant, with strong affinity, can make rubber cracking and aging; and through the oxidation reaction, the polymer double bond rupture, causing the polymer deterioration. These reactions all consume O_3 at the same time, so the use of different materials in the pipeline directly affects the O_3 analysis results. Although some analytical methods have been used to indicate the use of PTFE tube, but many analysts failed to pay sufficient attention to, often reluctantly replaced with other materials sampling tube. The effect of pipelines with different materials on O_3 determination has not been reported yet. The author selected the commonly used sampling tube in environmental monitoring work, and studied the absorption effect of different materials on O_3 systematically. The results are reported as follows.
