患者女性,25岁,三年前发现左小腿外侧有肿块隆起,局部酸痛。于1983年11月入院,检查:左小腿中段外侧肿块似拳大小,且稍感压痛,浅表静脉轻度怒张,在腹股沟可扪及数个黄豆大小淋巴结,质中等,可移动。X线平片:腓骨中段偏前侧,骨质呈浸润性破坏,范围约6cm,无骨膜反应。其前外侧软组织肿胀隆起。股动脉插管造影X线片:在小腿相当腓骨中段骨质破坏处,有约12×8cm范围不成熟血管及血管湖,胫前动脉部分血管稍狭受侵,符合恶性肿瘤。
The patient, female, was 25 years old and three years ago she found a bump in the left side of the left leg and a local soreness. Admitted to hospital in November 1983, check: the left middle leg is similar to the size of the fist mass, and a slight tenderness, superficial vein mild engorgement, in the inguinal hernia and several soybean size lymph nodes, medium quality, can be moved. X-ray plain film: The anterior part of the humerus was anterior, and the bone was infiltrated. The range was about 6 cm. There was no periosteal reaction. The anterolateral soft tissue swells uplift. Femoral arterial intubation radiography X-ray film: In the lower part of the calf bone destruction of the considerable tibia, there are about 12 × 8cm range of immature blood vessels and vascular lake, some of the anterior tibial artery vessels slightly narrow invasion, consistent with malignant tumors.
