对飞秒激光在电介质中的非线性传输进行研究,激光诱导的等离子体是关键因素之一,因而等离子的参数是很 重要的。用时间分辨的等离子吸收成像和干涉成像方法对等离子体的密度、寿命和电子的碰撞时间进行了测量,得到电子 密度在1019cm-3达到饱和,此时电子碰撞时间为几飞秒,导带电子寿命为170fs。
The non-linear transmission of femtosecond laser in the dielectric is studied. Laser-induced plasma is one of the key factors. Therefore, the plasma parameters are very important. The plasma density, lifetime and electron impact time were measured by time-resolved plasma absorption imaging and interference imaging. The electron density reached saturation at 1019 cm-3, and the electron collision time was several femtoseconds. The conduction band electron Life expectancy is 170fs.
