系统地研究了Ag:Bi2O3纳米复合材料的光学特性、飞秒激光三阶非线性极化率以及超快响应、介电函数随纳米 金属颗粒成分与尺寸的变化关系。同时给出了该材料与表面等离子共振相关的线性吸收的红移规律。由于该复合体系在类 似材料中具有比较大的三阶非线性极化率与超快开关效应,在超快全光开关材料方面具有潜在应用价值。
The optical properties of Ag: Bi2O3 nanocomposites, the third-order nonlinear polarizabilities of femtosecond laser and its fast response were studied systematically. The dependence of the dielectric function on the composition and size of nano-metal nanoparticles was systematically studied. At the same time, the redshift law of the linear absorption of the material related to surface plasmon resonance is given. Due to its large third-order nonlinear polarizability and ultra-fast switching effect in similar materials, the composite system has potential applications in ultra-fast all-optical switching materials.
