以具体资料论述了以下问题：①世界水分资源、循环和更新状况；②人口发展与水分利用的关系，指出人口增加２倍，水分用量要增加４倍；③水质与儿童死亡率的关系，指出有些国家因水质差，儿童死亡率达１５％～２０％；④中国随着人口的增加，净水用量将会出现严重短缺；⑤农业发展与地下水形成的关系，指出地面植被越稀，地下水形成越多，相反则越少。简述了陕西降水、径流及蒸发状况，提出对节约用水，提高水分利用效率应该予以足够的重视。
The following issues are discussed with specific data: (1) The status of world’s water resources, circulation and renewal; (2) The relationship between population development and water use, indicating that the population increases by 2 times and the water consumption by 4 times; (3) The relationship between water quality and child mortality rate In some countries, due to poor water quality, the child mortality rate is 15% ~ 20%. (4) There will be a serious shortage of water consumption in China as the population increases. (5) The relationship between agricultural development and groundwater formation indicates that the finer the ground vegetation and the formation of groundwater The more, the less the contrary. The status of precipitation, runoff and evaporation in Shaanxi Province is briefly described. It is suggested that sufficient attention should be paid to saving water and improving water use efficiency.
