长期以来,金湖县绝大多数农村小学没有专职音乐、美术教师。为此,金湖县文教局采取果断措施,除近两年利用寒暑假举办短期音乐、美术培训班集中轮训外,今年八月份开始,开办了中师函授音乐、美术班。首届两班各招收了50名学员,学制三年。按照中等师范教学大纲要求,采用三年制师范学校音、美专业教材进行教学,聘请县中、实小、教师进修学校专业老师及县文化馆专业工作者担任兼职教师,定期组织面授辅导。完成学业全部课程经
For a long time, the vast majority of rural primary schools in Jinhu County did not have full-time music and art teachers. To this end, the Jinhu County Bureau of Culture and Education took decisive measures.
