采用加压渗流法制备高Si(体积分数)的Sip/Al复合材料,并通过等温热处理改善复合材料中Si颗粒的形态及其与铝基体的结合,消除了复合材料中的缩松缺陷。结果表明,加压渗流法制备的Sip/Al复合材料中Si的体积分数可以达到65%;在570~610℃之间进行保温处理后,复合材料中的Si颗粒通过部分溶解和再析出,形态变得更加圆整,其与基体金属的界面结合状态也得到显著改善。另外,通过等温处理还能在很大程度上消除渗流法制备的复合材料中的缩松缺陷。
Sip / Al composites with high Si (volume fraction) were prepared by pressurized seepage method and the morphology of Si particles in the composites and their combination with aluminum matrix were improved by isothermal heat treatment, and the shrinkage defects in the composites were eliminated . The results show that the volume fraction of Si in the Sip / Al composite prepared by pressurized seepage can reach 65%. After the heat treatment between 570 and 610 ℃, the Si particles in the composite partially dissolve and reprecipitate, Become more rounded, the interface with the base metal bonding state has also been significantly improved.
