2005年7月21日人民币汇率形成机制改革以来,人民币汇率的浮动区间扩大了,加大了汇率波动的不确定性,人民币对美元升值20%以上,对欧元、日元、英镑等主要国家货币上下波动幅度也非常大,我国外向型企业面临着交易风险、折算风险和经营风险,导致国内许多企业亏损甚至倒闭。为此,本文从汇率预测法、选择适当的货币与货币组合、利用金融衍生工具保值、贸易融资方式、利用我国人民币衍生产品等多种方法来防范人民币汇率波动风险。
July 21, 2005 Since the reform of the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism, the floating range of the RMB exchange rate has expanded, increasing the uncertainty of exchange rate fluctuations. The RMB has appreciated more than 20% against the US dollar. Against the major national currencies such as the Euro, the Japanese yen and the British pound, Up and down the volatility is also very large, China’s export-oriented enterprises are facing transaction risk, conversion risk and business risk, resulting in many domestic enterprises even loss or collapse. For this reason, this article uses a variety of methods to prevent the risk of RMB exchange rate fluctuations from the exchange rate forecasting method, selecting the appropriate combination of currency and currency, using financial derivative hedging, trade financing, using our country’s RMB derivatives.
