分析各产业虚拟水消费与贸易状况对建立江西特色的水资源利用战略具有重要意义。以2007年投入产出表为基础,并结合水资源公报、中国环境年鉴等统计资料,对2007年江西省各经济部门虚拟水消费与贸易进行了投入产出分析:计算出各产业部门的用水量及相应的用水系数,并分析了各部门之间用水相关关系;编制了2007年各部门虚拟水转移矩阵。江西省水资源消耗较大的部门为种植业、畜牧业部门,水资源出口结构不够合理,需优化农、畜产品输出结构;大力发展第二产业,同时设定防止水质型缺水的政策保障;适度发展耗水量大的第三产业。
Analysis of the virtual water consumption and trade in various industries is of great significance to the establishment of the strategy of water resources utilization in Jiangxi. Based on the 2007 input-output table and the statistical data such as the Water Resources Bulletin and the China Environmental Yearbook, the input-output analysis on virtual water consumption and trade in all economic sectors in Jiangxi Province in 2007 was conducted: the water consumption of various industrial sectors was calculated Quantity and the corresponding water consumption coefficient, and analyzed the water relations among various departments; and formulated the virtual water transfer matrix of each department in 2007. Jiangxi Province, the larger water consumption sectors for the planting industry, animal husbandry sector, the export structure of water resources is not reasonable enough, the output structure of agricultural and livestock products need to be optimized; vigorously develop the secondary industry, while setting the policy to prevent water quality-type water shortages ; Moderately develop the tertiary industry with large water consumption.
