三段设计是苏联在产品设计方面的先进经验。苏联专家丘道夫同志在五四年介绍了这一先进经验,在许多机械制造工厂企业中和设计机关中试行以来在产品设计工作上起了巨大的作用。以下是我厂在学习和试行中的一些情况和初步体会。 三段设计是将产品设计分为三阶段进行,即设计任务书,技术设计,和施工设计。新产品设计是一创造性工作,三段设计法使这一工作目的性明确,按照科学的合理的程序进行,避免工作中的盲目紊乱,使设计达到先进技术水平,使设计工作能按已订的计划迅速完成。
The three-stage design is the Soviet Union’s advanced experience in product design. Comrade Chiu Daofu, a Soviet expert, introduced this advanced experience in May-Fourth and played a great role in product design work since the trial implementation of many machinery manufacturing factories and enterprises and design agencies. The following is my factory in learning and trial of some of the situation and the initial experience. Three sections of the design is the product design is divided into three stages, namely the design of the mission statement, technical design, and construction design. The design of new products is a creative work. The three-section design method makes the purpose of this work clear and in accordance with scientific and reasonable procedures so as to avoid the blind disorder in the work, to make the design reach the advanced technical level and enable the design work to be completed The plan is completed quickly.
