1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组 60例是 1998年 3月～1996年6月来我院治疗的儿童。男28例,女32例,年龄最小者3个月,最大者8岁。局部溃疡达10mm～15mm 35例,16mm～20mm 20例,21mm以上5例。1.2 治疗方法局部用生理盐水清洗,除去脓性分泌物,用75％的酒精消毒皮肤,将胶囊中的利福平粉剂30mg～50mg,(据溃疡面大小脓液的多少酌情加量)均匀的敷于溃疡面上。外敷无菌纱布固定。根据分泌物的多少及愈合情况决定换药次数。轻者2天
