本文分析了滚焊焊接质量不稳定的原因,列举了几种稳定质量的反馈控制方法,指出电压反馈法是一种简单,可行的方法。研制了一种能附加在通用焊机上的电压反馈控制装置,进行了一系列工艺试验,试验结果表明,电压反馈装置对电源电压波动具有很好的补偿作用,能稳定熔核尺寸。电压反馈装置对焊接电阻波动的稳定效果不大理想,有时会起反作用,如电阻过小时。会引起飞溅,以至于破坏焊接过程。本文作者提出了“焊机外特性”的概念,指出不同的反馈控制方法具有不同的外特性曲线,在电阻变化时,焊接电流和焊接功率的变化特点各不相同。最后提出电压一电流联台反馈方法装置简单,可以任意改变外特性斜率,适当的选取外特性斜率,可以克服现有电压反馈的缺点,达到进一步稳定滚焊焊接质量的目的。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the instability of the quality of the seam welding, and lists several stable quality feedback control methods. It is pointed out that the voltage feedback method is a simple and feasible method. A voltage feedback control device which can be attached to a universal welder was developed. A series of process tests were carried out. The test results show that the voltage feedback device has a good compensation function for power supply voltage fluctuations and can stabilize the nugget size. Voltage feedback device on the stability of the welding resistance fluctuations is not ideal, sometimes counter-productive, such as resistance is too small. Will cause splashes, so as to undermine the welding process. The author of this paper presents the concept of “external characteristics of welding machine”, and points out that different feedback control methods have different external characteristic curves. When the resistance changes, the welding current and welding power have different characteristics. In the end, the method of voltage-current feedback is simple, the slope of the external characteristic can be changed arbitrarily, and the slope of the external characteristic can be chosen appropriately to overcome the shortcomings of the existing voltage feedback so as to achieve the purpose of further stabilizing the quality of the seam welding.
