本文着重喻绍稀土高强钢(15MnMoVNxt)和高压钢(29SiMnMoVNb)钢锭上涨和钢中白点的危害,及其气孔、由点分布规律和基本特征。并强调指出,钢中氢平衡分压升高,是导致钢锭上涨和产生白点的主要因素。只要认识和掌握客观规律,采取相应工艺措施,获得低氢含量的钢液,钢锭上涨和白点是完全可以避免的。
This article focuses on the dangers of steel ingot rising and steel white spots in rare earth high strength steel (15MnMoVNxt) and high pressure steel (29SiMnMoVNb), as well as the stomatal distribution, the distribution rules and the basic characteristics of the steel. He also stressed that the partial pressure of hydrogen balance in the steel is the main factor that causes the steel ingot to rise and produce white spots. As long as the objective laws of understanding and mastery, to take appropriate technological measures to obtain low hydrogen content of molten steel, ingot rise and white spots can be completely avoided.
