本文研究治疗心绞痛的有效复方冠心Ⅱ号的抗缺血、抗缺氧作用 用后叶素引起的大鼠心肌缺血,以心电图的改变判断心肌缺血。Ⅱ号方静脉注射时有抗心肌缺血作用。方中组成药在复方中相应剂量时作用都不及总方强,组成药间存在协同作用。增加复方的组成药剂量腹腔注射时,赤芍、川芎和红花有显著的抗心肌缺血作用。降香和丹参的作用不明显。 用低压缺氧和常压缺氧法,观察小鼠在缺氧条件下的存活率和存活时间。Ⅱ号方静脉注射和口服时,有抗低压缺氧作用。在常压缺氧时以及预先给小鼠异丙肾在增加心肌氧耗的情况下,Ⅱ号方仍有作用,Ⅱ号方中组成药口服时,除红花外,都有不同程度的抗缺氧作用。
