提供了降压药胍乙啶(Ⅷ)的工业生产法。以鉄屑替代Raney-Ni或电解法还原,制成原料环庚酮(Ⅰ)。Mull原合成路线中的二步采用氫化鋁鋰的反应,分别改用电解法和Gabriel法来完成。
The industrial production method of guanidine ethidium (Ⅷ) is provided. Replace with Raney-Ni scrapings or electrolysis reduction, the raw material cycloheptanone (Ⅰ). Mull original synthesis route in the two-step lithium aluminum hydride reaction, respectively, instead of electrolysis and Gabriel method to complete.
