随着高职院校人才培养目标的明确定位,实训教学在高职院校教学体系中的地位越来越重要。但高职院校的实训教学存在着参差不齐的现象,笔者试将ISO9000质量标准体系的理念引入实训教学过程,以达到高职院校的人才培养目标。
With the clear positioning of the goal of personnel training in higher vocational colleges, the status of practical training in the teaching system of higher vocational colleges is more and more important. However, the teaching practice in higher vocational colleges is uneven. The author tries to introduce the concept of ISO9000 quality standard system into practical teaching process in order to reach the goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
