“双师型”教师工作队伍的建设是是构建现代职业教育体系并可持续发展的核心要素,同时也是高等职业院校人才培养机制的主要工作内容和目标,是提升院校人才培养工作质量及推动院校发展的关键。作为高职院校重要的专业之一,酒店服务专业的教学质量与效率同样受“双师型”教师工作队伍建设的影响。然而,队伍的建设仍然面临很多困难与挑战,针对此提出相应的对策。
