目的:探讨延续护理干预应用于胃溃疡患者中对其不良情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将2014年10月-2016年10月86例胃溃疡患者分组为对照组与观察组各43例,其中对照组实施常规护理;观察组于对照组常规护理基础上实施延续护理干预。对两组患者干预前后抑郁和焦虑及自尊心理状态情况加以评价,并进行分析。通过问卷调查方式来调查干预后生活质量、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果:经干预后,两组患者自尊心理评价积分较干预前显著提高,两组患者焦虑和抑郁积分明显低于干预前,且观察组患者焦虑和抑郁评分与对照组相比明显降低,而自尊心理积分与对照组相比明显增强,P<0.05。经干预后,与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗依从性、生活质量改善明显,且护理满意度也明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:实施延续护理干预可有利于胃溃疡患者不良情绪的改善,增强其自尊心,从而可间接性增强其治疗子自信心,最终改善其生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of extended nursing intervention on patients with gastric ulcer on their bad mood and quality of life. Methods: According to the random number table, 86 gastric ulcer patients from October 2014 to October 2016 were divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was implemented on the basis of routine nursing in control group Continued nursing intervention. The two groups of patients before and after the intervention of depression and anxiety and self-esteem psychological status to be evaluated and analyzed. Through questionnaire survey to investigate the quality of life after intervention, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction. Results: After intervention, scores of self-esteem psychological evaluation increased significantly in both groups compared with before intervention, anxiety and depression scores of two groups were significantly lower than before intervention, and anxiety and depression scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, while self-esteem Psychological score was significantly higher than the control group, P <0.05. After intervention, compared with the control group, patients in the observation group showed significant improvement in treatment compliance and quality of life, and nursing satisfaction was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of continuation of nursing intervention can be beneficial to improve the bad mood in patients with gastric ulcer, enhance their self-esteem, which can indirectly enhance their confidence in the treatment of children, and ultimately improve their quality of life.
