目的分析探讨全面部骨折的临床特点及治疗方法。方法对2006年6月—2012年12月期间住院并行手术治疗的35例全面部骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果本组病例中男性占77%,女性占23%,高发年龄20~40岁,交通伤占66%,57%患者合并颅脑挫伤,术后6%患者出现局部感染,11%患者术后出现暂时性面瘫,69%患者对面形恢复满意,83%患者张口度恢复正常,91%患者咬合关系恢复正常。结论全面部骨折病情非常复杂,手术复位及内固定能有效地重建口颌功能,但面形恢复质量有待进一步提高。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical features and treatment of total fractures. Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with total fracture treated in our department from June 2006 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Male patients accounted for 77%, women accounted for 23%, high incidence of 20 to 40 years old, traffic injuries accounted for 66%, 57% of patients with craniocerebral contusion, postoperative 6% of patients with local infection, 11% of patients after surgery Temporary facial paralysis occurred, 69% of patients satisfied with the shape recovery, 83% of patients returned to normal mouth opening, 91% of patients returned to normal occlusion. Conclusions The condition of the fracture of the entire face is very complicated. Surgical reduction and internal fixation can effectively reconstruct the mouth and jaw function, but the quality of the face shape recovery needs to be further improved.
