目的评价不同类型的瓷贴面临床治疗效果,以便于指导临床应用。方法对色素牙、牙间隙过大、牙体缺损、过小牙等分别根据情况采用平切缘型、切缘小斜面型和切缘包绕型瓷贴面进行修复,用3M贴面专用树脂进行粘结。结果 65例186个瓷贴面总体治疗效果满意,平切缘型总体效果要优于切缘小斜面型和切缘包绕型。结论根据患者牙齿的具体情况,选择合适的瓷贴面类型,尽量避开咬合,对保证治疗成功具有重要的意义。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of different types of porcelain veneer in order to guide the clinical application. Methods The pigmentation teeth, excessive interdental space, tooth defects and small teeth were repaired with flat cut, small incision and incised wound porcelain veneers respectively according to the situation. 3M veneer special resin Bonding. Results The overall curative effect of 186 cases of porcelain veneers was satisfactory. The overall effect of the flattened edge type was better than that of the small incline edge type and the marginal edge type. Conclusion According to the specific conditions of patients with teeth, choose the appropriate veneer type, try to avoid occlusion, to ensure the success of treatment is of great significance.
