中远船务(启东)海洋工程有限公司设计建造的“高德3号”半潜式生活平台成功交付。该平台是中远船务公司为塞浦路斯PROSAFE公司建造的,全长95m,型宽67m,型深35.7m,总高近60m,配备了6台主机、6台推进器,以及DP3动态定位系统和可伸缩式栈桥等世界先进的安全系统,可最大程度地保障船上工作人员的生命安全。该平台上共设有237个双人间和26个单人间,可供500人生活居住和240人同时用餐。该平台采用荷兰GustoMSC-
