近年加拿大的华人文学的崛起无疑成为研究海外华文文学的重要窗口。曾晓雯作为旅居加拿大的华人作家,东方女性的异国婚恋是她作品中的主题。妓女形象是她关注的在异国他乡,为生存挣扎抗争的诸多女性形象中特殊的一类。她描写清凉百合与烈焰红唇的双重视角下妓女形象的反差,表现妓女身体的屈辱与人性独立的两重性,进而揭示异国婚恋中人与环境的冲突,由此凸显移民女性在海外生存的艰难处境。
The rise of Canadian Chinese literature in recent years has undoubtedly become an important window for studying overseas Chinese literature. Zeng Xiaowen As a Chinese writer living in Canada, oriental women’s exotic marriage is the theme of her work. The image of prostitutes is a special kind of female images that she is concerned about who lives in a foreign country and struggles for her survival. She describes the contrast of prostitutes under the dual perspective of cool lily and flaming red lips and expresses the duality of humiliation and human independence of prostitutes so as to reveal the conflicts between people and environment in foreign marriage and marriage and thus highlight the difficult situation for immigrant women to survive overseas .
