目的研究2013年南京市手足口病(HFMD)病例中柯萨奇病毒A6型(CA6)的基因特征。方法从2013年采集的HFMD病例标本中挑选CA6阳性标本,选取VP1区进行扩增,并测定基因序列,对比其他参考序列进行进化分析。结果中国南京市CA6流行株与中国泰州、中国福建、中国上海、中国山西、中国台湾等地区和日本的流行株亲缘关系较近,而与中国山东流行株(JQ364886.1-SD1992)和美国原型株(AF081297)亲缘关系较远。序列比对发现南京市CA6病毒核苷酸序列同源性为92.8%~100.0%,氨基酸同源性为94.7%~100.0%;与CA6原型株和1992年山东流行株JQ364886的核苷酸同源性分别为82.9%和84.3%。结论 CA6型柯萨奇病毒是2013年南京地区手足口病的重要病原。
Objective To study the genetic characteristics of coxsackievirus A6 (CA6) in Nanjing city in 2013 with HFMD. Methods CA6 positive specimens were selected from the specimens of HFMD collected in 2013, and the VP1 region was selected for amplification. The gene sequences were determined and compared with other reference sequences for evolutionary analysis. Results There was a close genetic relationship between CA6 epidemic strains in Nanjing, China and epidemic strains in Taizhou, Fujian, China, Shanghai, China, Shanxi, China Taiwan and Japan. However, Strain (AF081297) distant relationship. Sequence alignment revealed that the homology of nucleotide sequence of CA6 virus in Nanjing was 92.8% -100.0% and the amino acid homology was 94.7% -100.0%. The nucleotide homology with CA6 prototype strain and JQ364886 strain of Shandong in 1992 Sexuality was 82.9% and 84.3% respectively. Conclusion Coxsackievirus CA6 is an important pathogen of HFMD in Nanjing in 2013.
