当前中国的房地产业,已成为千家万户最为关心的一大领域。虽然从宏观调控的角度来说,政府是要挤掉泡沫而不是让房市崩盘,但是毕竟没有人能预测未来,很多“意外”因素可能会突然发生,加上房产的交易周期比较长,是高位买进,是持币观望,抑或另辟蹊径……都要三思而后行。而“房地产通俗定律”,则是易于人们理解和接受的大众化的经济法则。
